O'REILLY'S & TAMBORINE MOUNTAIN
Rainforest Safari Why not sit back, relax and spend a day up in the cool mountains know as the "Green behind the Gold." Travel through historic Canungra Valley and it's Land Warfare countryside, a jungle training camp for our soldiers of today as well as our courageous WWII soldiers. We stop for a delightful morning tea at the Alpaca Farm to soak up the spectacular view of the McPherson Ranges and meet these unique animals.
Visit the World Heritage Listed Lamington National Park and O'Reilly's mountain then walk along their Tree Top Canopy Walk, a suspended bridge 160m long and 16m high. Learn about the delicate rainforest eco system and it's Strangler Figs with your very own nature guide in the easy graded rainforest walks suitable for all ages. Hear about the fascinating history of the area and the heroic journey of Bernard O'Reilly in finding and rescuing the only two living survivors of the 1937 Stinson plane crash. Hand feed several species of birds including Crimson Rosella's, King Parrots and Regent Bower Birds with our very own specialised bird mix.

Travel up Tamborine Mountain for a relaxed lunch, where you stay for two hours browsing many of the unique arts and craft galleries at your own leisure and dine at any one of the many delicious alfresco cafes or restaurants of renowned Gallery Walk. Take a short walk to Curtis Falls where natural spring water cascades into a freshwater lagoon, before indulging in Wine Tasting at one of Queensland's most popular and picturesque wineries.

Crocodile Hunter's Australia Zoo & Crocodile Show This is not an express tour, it is an experience tour allowing you 6 special hours at Australia Zoo, made famous by Steve Irwin "Crocodile Hunter" and his family Terri, Bindi and Robert Irwin. We take you to see all the shows on offer, while also allowing you plenty of time to take your own "hands on" approach to meeting these very precious animals in their amazing "face to face" enclosures.
Or simply sit back, relax and let Steve's Safari Shuttle take you on an informative guided tour of the animals as it travels amongst the natural forest environment of this uniquely stunning wildlife park. (Cost Included.) Australia Zoo, in the words of the Croc Hunter himself, "Conservation through exciting education", it's a must see destination!
